Replacement Policy

  1. TANSI smart E-Commerce(hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is owned and operated by The Tamil Nadu Small Industries Corporation Limited popularly known as TANSI (A Government of Tamil Nadu Undertaking) A-28, Thiru-vi-ka Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai-600 032. The Purchaser (here “Purchaser” refers to user, customer, buyer or consumer of TANSI or who purchase products/goods at TANSI smart E-Commerce website) confirms having read TANSI shipping policy and this Replacement Policy prior to purchasing on the Website.
  2. Replacement is a scheme provided by TANSI directly under this policy in terms of which the option of replacement is offered by TANSI to the Purchaser. All the products/goods listed under a particular category may not have the same replacement policy. For all the products/goods, the replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general replacement policy. Do refer the respective products/goods applicable replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below.
  3. Replacement will be accepted in case of damaged, defective or incorrect products/goods in the course of manufacturing have been received by the Purchaser. For processing of replacement, the following details will be checked/inspected by TANSI.
    1. A photograph of the damaged, defective due to manufacturing or incorrect products/goods received by the Purchaser.
    2. Invoice which was billed to Purchaser on the sales of such products/goods.
    3. Such products/goods should be unused, unaltered, undented, unscratched or otherwise should not be damaged by Purchaser.
    4. The products/goods tags, MRP label and any other product ancillaries should be undetached from such products/goods and should be returned as is.
    5. The product must be returned with its original packing.

  4. To be eligible for a replacement (excluding shipping cost) in case of replacement request for the damaged, defective due to manufacturing or incorrect products/goods should be made within 7 days of the date of delivery.
  5. TANSI will not refund the shipping cost (if any) incurred in case of return/replacement.
